Before the Darkening Dawn's Light
The Wharf District of Delore Harbor is an elaborate maze of warehouses and living quarters. Each street stretches on into deeper and more twisted alleys and passageways. Ground floor and basements are taken up by huge storage rooms, while the upper stories are an amazing feat of engineering, with their rising towers and apartments.
The architecture of this area of Delore is quite a bit different than that of the rest of the city. The dark marble walls contrasting against the bright red clay roof tiles. Huge mosaics and frescos cover the walls and floors, and frequently are found sprawling across courtyards and walkways, as well as into the streets themselves.
The youngsters that grow up in this part of the city are masters of navigating its tight streets and wandering trails. And they can often be seen running about across the rooftops and balconies, making good use of the tightly packed buildings.
